George Bains
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
George is an experienced filmmaker who specialises in narrative documentaries. He has produced documentaries for the likes of Paramount and Apple on diverse subjects ranging from football to superyachts. George brings a narrative-driven approach to his work with clients, taking the time and care to understand each client’s story and business objectives. His previous clients include Manchester United, Tourism Australia, and ChaTime.

Malena Fiorito
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Hailing from Argentina, Malena is our producer extraordinaire. She brings partnership and production experience from L’Oreal, Tastemade and Warner Brothers Discovery. At Impacto Creative, she plays a key role in the development of our major productions, coordinating with all partners involved and shaping our vision.

Jack Slater
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Our operations guru Jack grew up surrounded by film cameras and visual storytelling. Having worked with a wide range of not-for-profit organizations, Jack is passionate about combining both of these passions - to use film as a force for good. Bringing strong operational prowess, strategic thinking and a calm head under pressure, Jack is our mission control: the one who keeps everything running smoothly so the team can focus on telling powerful stories.
